【個人簡介】

劉昌勝,男,湖北大冶人,1967年出生于湖北省大冶縣。博士、教授、博士生導師。國家杰出青年基金獲得者;國家重大科學研究計劃首席科學家;“新世紀百千萬人才工程”國家級人選;華東理工大學材料科學與工程學院院長。

劉昌勝曾任國家自然科學基金委學科評委、國務院學位委員會第六屆材料學科評議組成員。

1989年畢業于湖北大學生物學專業,獲理學學士學位;1992年畢業于華東理工大學生物化工專業,獲工學碩士學位;1996年畢業于華東理工大學化學工程專業,獲工學博士學位。

1992年至1993年在華東理工大學生化工程學科,任助教;

1993年至1999年在華東理工大學技物所,歷任助教、講師、副教授、教授,研究室主任、副所長、黨支部書記。

1999年至2008年華東理工大學材料科學與工程學院生物材料研究所所長,教授,博士生導師。

2001年至今教育部醫用生物材料工程研究中心主任,其中,2005年3月至9月,美國University of Pennsylvania訪問教授。

2009年至今華東理工大學材料科學與工程學院院長。

【主要研究方向】

兼具材料、生物和化工的學術背景,主要從事生物材料的研究,包括組織修復與再生材料、納米生物材料、可注射生物材料、藥物/生物活性因子控釋等。

 

【主要業績】

從事人體硬組織修復材料的研究和開發,以及納米生物材料的研究工作。作為項目負責人,先后承擔了國家“863”項目、國家自然科學基金重點及面上項目、國家重大科學研究計劃項目等,將化學反應工程的原理和方法用于人體組織修復材料的可控制備及相關機理研究,開發出一種新型硬組織修復材料——自固化磷酸鈣人工骨產品,并于2000年獲得國家食品藥品監督管理局的準生產注冊證。該材料實現了形狀任意可塑、人體內自行硬化和好的生物相容性的統一,并在體內誘導新骨形成,解決了長期以來困擾骨科醫生和病人的骨缺損修復材料問題。新材料可廣泛用于骨科、整形科、腦外科及口腔科等領域。經上海市科技情報所檢索,未見與該成果相同的已獲注冊許可證的同類產品報道。該材料由多種磷酸鈣鹽組成,用自制的固化液,可調和成糊狀,能根據骨缺損部位,任意塑形、充填,最終成份可轉化為低結晶度的羥基磷灰石。材料經體外試驗和體內長期植人試驗,表明材料無毒,無致癌、致畸形活性,與有機體親和性好,植入后不引起異物反應,具有可降解性,在軟組織中無成骨活性,但在骨膜下能引導成骨生長。是生物相容性高、性能好的骨修復材料。各項性能指標達到甚至部分超過國外類似產品的水平。目前已在全國500余家醫院廣泛使用,取得了非常滿意的修復效果。臨床醫生標明采用該材料進行基礎和應用研究發表論文250余篇。

為了進一步提高材料的成骨活性,適應大段骨缺損及再生能力弱的病人的治療要求,他采用基因工程技術,在原核生物中成功表達出骨形態發生蛋白-2(rhBMP-2),一種促進成骨的活性生長因子。通過攻克重組菌株的發酵和蛋白純化、精制等過程的系列關鍵技術,得到高純度rhBMP-2產品,實現生產穩定,經國外機構檢測證實成骨活性高。獲美國、中國授權等專利授權。將rhBMP-2用于骨修復材料的活性化修飾,突破了生長因子活性維持和控釋等關鍵難題,制備出具有高成骨活性的骨修復材料。臨床研究病例顯示出優良的治療效果,可明顯促進骨生成,加速骨愈合。這對大段骨缺損及骨再生能力弱患者的治療具有重要意義。創新性地提出利用材料與生長因子的相互作用提高生長因子骨誘導活性的新思路,通過類肝素磺化殼聚糖等,能有效提高rhBMP-2誘導成骨分化的能力,并研究了其機理。

 

【主要論文及榮譽】

科研成果在國內外雜志發表論文250余篇,其中SCI收錄論文160余篇。申請發明專利50項,已獲授權發明專利33項,包括美國授權專利3項。先后獲得2003年度國家科技進步二等獎(第一完成人)、2014年度國家自然科學獎二等獎(第一完成人)等國家及省部級獎勵7項。

1996年入選上海市科技啟明星;1998年獲世界華人發明博覽會金獎;1999年入選上海市科技啟明星跟蹤計劃;2000年入選教育部跨世紀優秀人才;2001年獲上海市優秀科技啟明星;2004年獲得國家杰出青年科學基金,第二屆上海市青年科技英才;2006年入選“新世紀百千萬人才工程”國家級人選,獲國務院特殊津貼,中國發明創業獎;2007年獲上海市十大科技精英,中國青年科技獎,何梁何利基金科技創新獎;2010年獲全國優秀科技工作者;2012年獲上海市青年科技杰出貢獻獎,國際生物材料科學與工程Fellow終身榮譽稱號(International Fellow of Biomaterials Science and Engineering)。
